Wonderful staff and very professional dentist. The office is extremely clean with tons of games toys that kept my other daughter entertained while her sister got her 2 teeth distracted. Wonderful experience!
Smile Sprouts kids dental felt more like a calming day spa for kids than an actual clinic.
Before we even walked through the door they texted ahead of time to clearly explain the copay and breakdown of costs, so there were zero surprises. When we arrived, they had a personalized letter board right at the front welcoming my kids by name, which instantly made them feel special.
The space itself is gorgeous, filled with plants that make the whole atmosphere feel serene and relaxing. I was offered iced coffee or green tea while I waited. There’s a dedicated play area with pretend dentist kits to keep the kids entertained and relaxed while waiting.
Once in the chair, the assistant and Dr. Charlene were incredible! taking the time to explain proper brushing and flossing not just to me, but directly to my children in a way they could actually understand and get excited about. My kids walked out smiling, zero tears, and proud because they received a Smile Sprouts certificate! If you are looking for a pediatric dentist that genuinely cares about both the kids' experience and peace of mind for parents, Smile Sprouts is unmatched. Dr. Justin and Dr. Charlene are amazing pediatric dentists! They are kind, patient, knowledgeable, and truly make kids feel comfortable and cared for. You can tell they both genuinely love what they do. Not to mention, the office is modern and beautifully designed!
